Torre & Associates would like to reassure you that we are taking precautions to care for our team and support our clients during this time. We are always here to support our clients and given that we are a professional services business, we are able to continue to provide our services as we have the systems and capability for our team to work remotely as required.
We will continue to be available for our clients during these trying times and will ensure we are available as always whether via telephone or email.
We already have staff working from home and will encourage them to do so where they feel they should as a precaution or for family reasons.
Should circumstances change, we have the capability for our entire team to work remotely so we will still be able to service mostly all of your requirements.
We are encouraging meetings to be held remotely by phone or video conference, but appreciate that some matters will still be required to be handled face to face.
With regards to the recent stimulus announcements made by the Federal and State Governments regarding assistance for business, whilst the full detail of the measures and how they will operate have not been released as yet, rest assured that our team will be across these and be able to assist where possible.
With regards to benefits that will be provided via BAS returns, where we prepare BAS returns for clients, rest assured that we will prioritise this work so then these benefits can be received by our clients as soon as possible. This may lead to unavoidable delays with other work we are doing, but we ask our clients for their understanding during these difficult times, as we do our part in assisting our business clients reach the other side of this unprecedented crisis.
Should you have any questions with regard to the stimulus packages or any other matter of concern for your business at this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
